FARES AND PRICES


All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise. PLEASE BRING VALID ID AND CREDIT CARD TO PRESENT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN ALONG WITH YOUR BOOKING VOUCHER.

Pickup/Departure:

10:00am DEPARTURE - 3:45pm RETURN

The boat will depart from the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal at 10:00am sharp. Please ensure you are at the terminal by 9:30am at the latest.


If you are arriving via cruise ship:

Sandy Toes is not responsible for guest error concerning cruise ship port times or port locations. Sandy Toes is an excursion out of Nassau, Bahamas by way of Paradise Island, NOT Freeport Island, Bahamas. Sandy Toes does not provide pick-up from the cruise ship port, and highly recommends that our guests utilize the land taxi's that line the entrance to Festival Place as well as the wharf. Sandy Toes does NOT encourage guests to take the water taxi as a mode of transportation to reach the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal. They have continually provided our guests with misinformation and Sandy Toes will not assume responsibility for information the guest receives.

If you added hotel transfers:

10:00am DEPARTURE - 3:45pm:

Hotel pick will be at 8:45am if you are staying at Sandyport Resorts, 9:00am if you are staying at the Bahamar Grand Hyatt and SLS, Breezes, Blue Water Resort or West Winds I and II (outside security gate). If you are staying at Orange Hill or Compass Point, please contact Sandy Toes for transfer arrangements.

Hotel pick up will be at 9:15am if you are staying at the British Colonial Hilton, The Point, Graycliff, Towne hotel or El Greco Hotel.

Hotel pick up from Paradise Island Hotels are not available, as they are in close proximity to the Sandy Toes check in (right next to the Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Restaurant between the two bridges on Paradise Island)

** Please print this voucher to present to your Majestic Tours bus driver on the morning of the excursion. Please note that the name of the bus company picking you up will be "Majestic Tours". If you are not receiving bus transfers, please bring your voucher to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal for check in.


Sandy Toes is not responsible if you miss your bus or miss the excursion. Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule Policies:

Sandy Toes has a 24 hour, 100% cancellation policy. Guests may cancel the excursion for any reason prior to 24 hours of the excursion departure time at no charge. Any cancellation received WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled departure time or any no show on the day of the excursion is subject to 100% cancellation/no show fee.
Sandy Toes reserves the right to make cancellations based on unexpected weather conditions or other reasons deemed acceptable by its operators.

Sandy Toes is not responsible for any information obtained via a third party.

There is no outside food or bevergae allowed.

Sandy Toes is a registered company in The Bahamas officially licensed as Soldier Crab Limited t/a Sandy Toes.

Sandy Toes is not responsible for any personal property or injury to guests while on the excursion.

There are no weather-related refunds if Sandy Toes operates the excursion. In the event that Sandy Toes deems the weather as unsafe and Sandy Toes cancels the trip, the guest will be able to reschedule their excursion or receive a full refund.

Guests will be required to sign a waiver to participate.

Sandy Toes is not responsible for any credit card or bank fee charges.

All activities are weather-permitting. Sandy Toes cannot guarantee that all activities will be available and reserves the right to decide whether to offer a particular activity on a given day based on the safety of our guests and staff.

If a booking is made with a credit card over the phone supplied to Sandy Toes by the guest, Sandy Toes will email a voucher to the email of the address provided by the guest. If the guest replys to the email confirming the booking, the guest in doing so also agrees to the terms and conditions of the booking and acknowledges that the credit card information was voluntarily given on their own free will to make the reservation and releases Sandy Toes from any chargebacks, refuses, or merchant disputes in the future.

THE ISLAND IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
